That is what these services are for. They are open to anyone, whether or not you ever release with Logos.

Paying for a service never buys a deal
We want to be plain about this, because in this industry it matters. Hiring us has no influence at all on whether Logos signs you. A and R runs separately, every submission is judged on the same criteria, and we will never offer a service to someone we have just turned down. If we say yes to your music, it is because of the music.
